Version 1 of the demonstration part of the Auburn University Physics Dept. website was started in 1996 by James Clark. It was revised several times between 2002-2006 by William Maddox. Physics students Jennifer Dart, Tyler Dart and Christopher Leach helped provide new demonstrations for 2006 revision.

Version 2 was started in 2007 using Joomla! as editor. A beta version was completed in Summer 2007 by William Maddox with extensive help from student Gilbert Champion. Technical assistance in using Joomla! was provided by Phil Forrest.

Version 1 was designed using Netscape. Version 2 was designed using Internet Explorer Ver. 7. It has been tested using Firefox (ver. 2.0), Netscape (ver. 8.1) and Opera (ver. 9).
